A great deal happened to me in just a few months, especially from July onwards. At times, it felt as if someone had switched on the \ud835\ude29\ud835\ude3a\ud835\ude31\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude23\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What stood out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf1e \ud835\udddd\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf9\ud835\ude06: The incredible number of warm and thoughtful messages from my wonderful colleagues at&nbsp;<strong>TUI<\/strong>&nbsp;upon my farewell, after a long and formative chapter of my career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3b \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfd\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff: An overwhelming amount of encouragement and support for my decision to launch my consultancy,&nbsp;<strong>11 Fifty-Nine<\/strong>. Plus: a steep learning curve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf41 \ud835\udde2\ud835\uddf0\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff: Being awarded with my first client project \u2014 a milestone I won\u2019t forget, and one I have just completed with success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2603\ufe0f \ud835\uddd7\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff (just a few days ago): Realising that the small dinghy I embarked on is starting to turn into a speedboat, with projects on the horizon and a steadier course ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is the time to say \ud835\udde7\ud835\udddb\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde1\ud835\uddde \ud835\uddec\ud835\udde2\ud835\udde8\u2014to everyone who trusted me, challenged me, supported me along the way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m grateful for the many new connections, honest conversations, and shared experiences that made this year richer than expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And now onwards \u2014 with curiosity, respect, and my usual dose of calm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wishing you a peaceful and Happy Holiday Season \ud83c\udf84<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2025\u2014a special year is entering the finishing line.
