2025—a special year is entering the finishing line. A great deal happened to me in just a few months, especially from July onwards. At times, it felt as if someone had switched on the 𝘩𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘵.
What stood out:
🌞 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆: The incredible number of warm and thoughtful messages from my wonderful colleagues at TUI upon my farewell, after a long and formative chapter of my career.
🌻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿: An overwhelming amount of encouragement and support for my decision to launch my consultancy, 11 Fifty-Nine. Plus: a steep learning curve.
🍁 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿: Being awarded with my first client project — a milestone I won’t forget, and one I have just completed with success.
☃️ 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 (just a few days ago): Realising that the small dinghy I embarked on is starting to turn into a speedboat, with projects on the horizon and a steadier course ahead.
Now is the time to say 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨—to everyone who trusted me, challenged me, supported me along the way.
I’m grateful for the many new connections, honest conversations, and shared experiences that made this year richer than expected.
And now onwards — with curiosity, respect, and my usual dose of calm.
