2025βa special year is entering the finishing line. A great deal happened to me in just a few months, especially from July onwards. At times, it felt as if someone had switched on the π©πΊπ±π¦π³π£π°π°π΄π΅.
What stood out:
π πππΉπ: The incredible number of warm and thoughtful messages from my wonderful colleagues at TUI upon my farewell, after a long and formative chapter of my career.
π» π¦π²π½ππ²πΊπ―π²πΏ: An overwhelming amount of encouragement and support for my decision to launch my consultancy, 11 Fifty-Nine. Plus: a steep learning curve.
π π’π°ππΌπ―π²πΏ: Being awarded with my first client project β a milestone I wonβt forget, and one I have just completed with success.
βοΈ ππ²π°π²πΊπ―π²πΏ (just a few days ago): Realising that the small dinghy I embarked on is starting to turn into a speedboat, with projects on the horizon and a steadier course ahead.
Now is the time to say π§πππ‘π π¬π’π¨βto everyone who trusted me, challenged me, supported me along the way.
Iβm grateful for the many new connections, honest conversations, and shared experiences that made this year richer than expected.
And now onwards β with curiosity, respect, and my usual dose of calm.
